Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Receptionist located in Eterna Healthcare, New Cairo, Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include managing appointment scheduling, greeting and assisting patients, handling phone calls with professionalism, and providing administrative support. The Medical Receptionist will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while delivering a warm and professional experience for patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing patient bookings
- Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent communication skills
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, including front-desk operations and administrative tasks
- Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Familiarity with Medical Office operations and workflow
- Customer service orientation with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment
- Advanced English is a plus
