What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Contact patients to discuss delivery of equipment and take patient orders
- Accurately transcribe patient profiles and enter data over the telephone
- Process patient orders through the online pharmacy system
- Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues and shipping orders for patients
- Verify orders are complete and perform additional duties as assigned
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Background check and drug screen compliance
- Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
- Minimum of one year of related work experience
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in the medical field with administrative record management
- Familiarity with medical billing processes and reimbursement procedures
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Experience working with medical equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively
