We are hiring Quality Assurance CX – Semarang Site (P&D), read more for the Job Description & Requirements about this job:
Job Function:
- Conduct weekly sampling and monitoring of Contact Center interactions (calls, chats, emails, or other channels).
- Prepare evaluation reports on agent performance based on defined quality parameters.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to the Operations team regarding monitoring results.
- Collaborate with Operations Team and Clients to identify service quality gaps and develop action plans.
- Contribute to the development of QA standards, guidelines, and best practices to enhance customer experience
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree from any major.
2. Experienced at least 1 year in Quality Assurance of Contact Center Operation.
3. Fluent in English (Writing, Speaking, Listening).
4. Strong analytical and observational skill.
5. Good service mindset and strong in details.
