We are hiring Quality Assurance CX – Semarang Site (P&D), read more for the Job Description & Requirements about this job:

Job Function:

  1. Conduct weekly sampling and monitoring of Contact Center interactions (calls, chats, emails, or other channels).
  2. Prepare evaluation reports on agent performance based on defined quality parameters.
  3. Provide feedback and recommendations to the Operations team regarding monitoring results.
  4. Collaborate with Operations Team and Clients to identify service quality gaps and develop action plans.
  5. Contribute to the development of QA standards, guidelines, and best practices to enhance customer experience

Requirement:

1.    Bachelor degree from any major.

2.    Experienced at least 1 year in Quality Assurance of Contact Center Operation.

3.    Fluent in English (Writing, Speaking, Listening).

4.    Strong analytical and observational skill.

5.    Good service mindset and strong in details.
