We are seeking a professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to support daily customer service and order processing operations. This role will be responsible for handling inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, processing orders, and entering accurate information into SAP. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order requests, and general service-related questions.
  • Create and process customer orders accurately in SAP.
  • Review and verify order details before submission.
  • Update customer records and order information in internal systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, sales, and operations teams regarding order status and customer needs.
  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information regarding order processing, delivery status, and general company procedures.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and system updates.
  • Ensure excellent customer service while handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Order Entry, Administrative Support, or Call Center roles.
  • Experience using SAP preferred (order entry and customer-related transactions highly preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
  • English proficiency preferred.

Work Schedule

This is a remote position with rotating shifts from Monday to Friday (Eastern Time):

  • Shift 1: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM ET
  • Shift 2: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM ET

Schedule flexibility is required based on operational needs.

Work Environment / Equipment Requirements

This is a fully remote position. The selected candidate will be required to use their own equipment, including:

  • Laptop or desktop computer with at least an Intel Core i5 processor (or equivalent).
  • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps.
  • Equipment capable of efficiently running SAP and other work-related systems.

The employee is expected to maintain a secure, quiet, and professional remote work environment with minimal distractions.
