Job Purpose
To support daily café operations by delivering efficient and friendly service, ensuring a positive experience for members and guests in line with KLGCC standards and 18 LAB branding.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to customers.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle basic customer requests.
- Maintain service standards in line with KLGCC values and 18 LAB Coffee standards.
- Assist in day-to-day café operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare and serve beverages and food according to SOPs.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of service areas at all times.
- Support opening and closing procedures of the café.
- Assist in stock replenishment and basic inventory checks.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Minimize wastage and report low stock levels to Supervisor.
- Support ongoing promotions and upsell products when appropriate.
- Ensure promotional displays are properly set up and maintained.
- Assist in café events, pop-ups, and catering services when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in F&B or customer service (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, presentable, and customer-oriented.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
