We are now looking for Customer Support Representatives to join our evening shift team.
This is not a scripted, robotic support role. You will be handling real conversations with real US customers resolving issues, managing follow-ups, and being the kind of support rep that people actually remember.

→ Strong spoken and written English — US customers, real conversations
→ Patient, composed, and genuinely good with people
→ Experience in customer support, call center, or BPO is preferred
→ Freshers with excellent English and a calm, professional manner are welcome
→ Available for evening shift: Monday to Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
→ Able to commute to Gulistan-e-Johar Block 14, Karachi (100% on-site)
